This spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, with ample room for families & friends. The open-plan living area allows everyone to relax together, while the multiple bedrooms ensure everyone enjoys their own space.

Upstairs:

The large front balcony offers plenty of seating and views wrapping around the home, with a wide range of areas to unwind or just to chill, relax and soak up that fresh air!

There is a BBQ on the balcony perfectly situated to cook up dinner while the kids enjoy the large lawn area downstairs.

A bright, airy open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area that opens onto the balcony. The well-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher and pod coffee machine. The dining area includes a large table seating eight, and the cosy living space has comfy couches and a large Smart TV for family movie nights. The master bedroom also opens to the front balcony, letting you wake up to the sound of the waves and ocean views. Second room offering privacy and great natural lighting.

Downstairs:

Three bedrooms, bedroom 3 with a queen, 4th bedroom with queen bed and single and 5th bedroom with two singles. Downstairs living area with a six-seater lounge and a separate two-seater lounge. Downstairs bathroom has toilet, shower, bath and single basin sink.

Linen is provided.



* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure

* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure

* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's

* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes

* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location
