Perfect spot to enjoy tennis

The house was perfect for our group. Close to tennis and a wide array of restaurants. We appreciated the cabinet of games too. Pool and spa were enjoyed by all.

Very clean, plenty of towels and lots of space. Great location. They were very accommodating with check in/out times due to a very early arrival and and a very late departure.

House was beautiful, we had age groups 12-55 and it met everyone's needs perfectly. Very quiet neighborhood, located near tons of stores and shopping centers.

Spacious home with beautiful pool

This home was beautiful, the master is very spacious. Favorite part was the back yard with the pool and fireplace. So welcoming and relaxing.

We had a wonderful time in the house. There were 6 of us (3 families) and there was plenty of room. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, and there was a large dining table for family meals. The house is locate close to a grocery store and several nice restaurants. We enjoyed the pool. Luckily, we had hot weather considering it was the end of February and we didn’t pay for heating of the hot tub- pool. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would love the opportunity to stay there again.

Jeff was simply an incredible host. From our booking, arrival ato checkout, he communicated promptly and responded immediately to any questions we had. His Indio retreat property is impeccable with all the amenities and along with an incredible pool/jacuzzi and sunfilled breathtaking backyard! The home is perfect and even more beautiful in person. The beds were exceptionally comfy and the layout perfect our family!! Thank you again!!!

Labor Day Stay

Our experience was mostly good, the house is just as pictured and it had all the amenities a group needs to enjoy their stay. My main issue was we messaged the host regarding the pool lights and never received a response so we couldn’t enjoy the pool at night throughout our stay as we had kids and I didn’t feel comfortable without a light but i’ve seen in multiple reviews that seems to be a common issue with this house.

The property was clean. The number of beds was perfect for our family — bonus points that three of the four bedrooms had King sized beds. The one issue we experienced was the pool and hot tub. The hot tub did not hold water or keep up with the temperature and we had to get in contact with the owner several times. After some back and forth, the issue was addressed. But we unfortunately missed out on several hours across two days of full use of the hot tub and pool.
