Find your dream home away from home here at Atlantic Dunes, which is one of the most well-kept buildings you will find in North Myrtle Beach! With only 22 units that are primarily owner-occupied, it is uniquely situated on a beautiful section of beach that is reserved for upscale low-rise condos and single-family homes. This means it is quieter, cleaner, and less crowded than most other areas, yet you are still walking distance (or a VERY short drive) from all of the action and excitement of Main Street and Ocean Drive Beach! Atlantic Dunes also has an elevator and luggage rack on site to make moving in and out a breeze!

This condo has a FANTASTIC open floor plan with STUNNING kitchen with custom granite countertops and tilework, stainless steel appliances, plentiful seating in the living and dining areas, and ocean views throughout the entire main living space!

It features a comfortable master suite with a full ocean view and ensuite bath that makes for the perfect retreat after a busy day at the beach! There is a second light-filled bedroom with queen bed and attached half bath, and a third bedroom with two twin beds, which is adjacent to the updated full bath in the hall. It also has a full-size washer and dryer- super convenient! And if you need to stay connected to work or school, you have access to high-speed wireless internet included!

Imagine waking up to a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean from the large wall of windows in the master bedroom! Make your way into the fully-equipped and stocked kitchen to fix your morning coffee and breakfast while watching the sunrise over the ocean!

You can enjoy the most important meal of the day at the breakfast bar or at the oversized dining table, but we like to sit outside on the beautiful balcony! Or, venture out to one of the many local family-owned pancake houses for some of the best pancakes you’ve ever tasted!

After breakfast, head downstairs and out to your "backyard"- THE BEACH!! No need to worry about forgetting something- after all, your condo is just footsteps away! Take a leisurely stroll or power walk on the beach; or bring your fishing pole, metal detector, or shelling basket to look for treasures!

But the beach isn't the only thing NMB has to offer! Hit the links at one of the many area golf courses, or putt to your heart's content at one of the many fun miniature golf courses! Shop till you drop at Barefoot Landing, Myrtle Beach Mall, or one of the TWO nearby Tanger Outlet Shopping Centers! And if you are into PICKLEBALL, there are both indoor and outdoor courts at the J. Bryan Floyd Center just a stone's throw away!

Come dinner time, you have a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, even pantry staples… practically everything you need to prepare and serve a home-cooked meal! Don’t feel like cooking? You will find plenty of chain restaurants as well as local eateries to choose from. Martini's is just a few minutes away, and hosts the best happy hour in town! Try a Calabash-style seafood buffet, or dine with a view at Molly Darcy's, Locals on the Water, or Boardwalk Billy's!

Of course, North Myrtle Beach is the Carolina Shag Dance capitol, so shaggers will love Fat Harold's and HOTO's! But if you'd rather just listen to the music, you can take in a LIVE show at the Alabama Theater, House of Blues, or brand new Legacy Theater!

At the end of your fun-filled day, fix yourself a drink at the mini bar and relax in the comfortable living room, or listen to the ocean waves on the balcony- it does not get any better than this!

Last but not least, here are a few important HOUSE RULES:

As a guest of Atlantic Dunes you will have access to two parking spaces: one in the main parking area under the building, and one in the overflow lot across the street.
NO MOTORCYCLES, BOATS, RV's OR TRAILERS ARE ALLOWED AT ATLANTIC DUNES. This is an HOA rule, so please do not ask us to make an exception!

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR ILLEGAL DRUG USE IN ANY PART OF THE CONDO BUILDING, INCLUDING THE BALCONY, HALLWAYS AND POOL AREA!! Evidence of violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.

ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS (BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTIES, ETC). Violation of this rule can result in immediate eviction without refund or recourse.

Quiet hours are from 11:00PM-8:00AM.

Minimum age for primary guest is 25 years of age. Young people under the age of 21 may not occupy a condo at Atlantic Dunes without their parents present.
