Had a nice stay in this little apartment. Was close to the beach and restaurants. We had a nice time staying here. Only drawback was being on the first floor, had some very noisy people above usOverall we enjoyed our time there

Awesome property for two right across from the beach!

We had a fantastic time. The room was clean, comfortable, and the perfect distance from the beach. It’s perfect for two people. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo

The condo was perfect for me and my husband. It was comfortable and it was close to many restaurants that we walked to. The beach was very close, the pool was great and the shuffle board we used a lot!

Perfect location

One of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. Location is close to everything you could ever need, sand and saltwater included. Will definitely return .

Great gem for relaxation

In a high priced market, this efficiency was a great spot for my wife and I. Just steps from the beach with convenient parking, it was a nice place to recoup at night after spending all day out and about.

Would love to come back!

Great room in a location that couldn't be better. We were in walking distance to everything like restaurants, bars, a convenience store, but most importantly the beach. The owner was wonderful with communication and care for our comfort. Loved it!

Don was a wonderful host. Quick responses via email and very informative in his email whether it was about check in/out or what to do around the town. The condo was also nice and clean and close to everything. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and convenient

I loved that it was so close to the beach. Perfect getaway! Didn’t have to worry about driving or parking. The place was really clean and neat. Don, the owner is also very responsive, attentive, and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Location is great. Was on ground level so no steps and had a lot of amenities in the rental to make my vacation easy! Chairs for the beach and umbrella ☂ extra beach towels even! ❤️

What a perfect location! The property was just as described. We had every amenity we could possibly ever need as well cooking wise or beach wise. The property was very quiet which was an absolute plus. If you’re looking for a short walk to the beach, this is the rental!

Perfect location

We easily checked in to our condo. The grounds were manicured, the pool clean and well kept, and we were an easy walk from the beach. The Paradise Grill was ocean front and less than a block away. A tremendous bonus was the parking pass that came with the clean, well furnished apartment. A wonderful find!!!

Tweaks and its a gold star

The concept of washing our own towels instead of exchanging them was not a good feeling. For this price, a towel exchange should be available. We had 4 towels for 2 people and there for 5 days. So we had to triple up on towels. They would have exchanged them for a fee. The place was great otherwise. Parking arrangements could have been a little clearer. We had to ask a few questions and the host replied very fast. Thanks

Perfect Getaway

Perfect place to getaway. Accommodations were clean and perfect amount of space for two people. First time sleeping on a Murphy bed. Not terrible but not super great. Only because of my back issues. Owner very informative and provided great trip suggestions. Will stay again

Amazing Location!

The property was exactly as described and expected. The complex and unit 801 was safe, quiet, clean and minutes from the beautiful beach. The location was incredible and the pool was a great benefit. Don’s communication was efficient and professional. Highly recommend unit 801 as a solo traveler!

Just what we needed.

The condo was just as it was described on vrbo website. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. The Murphy bed was very comfortable. The location was great, right across from the beach, and the grounds and pool were very nice, too! Very nice beach chairs and umbrella provided. Interaction with owner via email was very pleasant. Would definitely rent this property again!

Nice place

Condo was in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach. It was clean and kitchen was well stocked. The only issue was there was only two batt towels. Wish I had known so I could have brought more instead of buying more. Nice beach chairs in the closet to use. Murphy bed was much more comfortable than I expected. Nice pool area.

Great place to celebrate our Anniversary

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo. The location was perfect and very comfortable. We found everything to be just as Donald described. The beach equipment was very helpful. When you go to the beach if you turn left and walk about 10 minutes, there is a water sports hut. My husband and I went para-sailing and did an amazing sunset cruise. We commute a lot with our jobs so it was very nice to have everything close by. The area of the beach the condo is on is not very crowded. We are thinking of coming back again next year.

Perfect beach location

We booked this property for the location and around the purpose of our stay- to go to the beach. The location by far exceeded expectations. We were a stone's throw away from a beach entrance and within walking distance from restaurants and beach bars- exactly what we wanted. The parking was included and enabled us close access to the beach. Don provided fabulous recommendations and was extremely responsive to our communication. When we informed him of a problem with the beach umbrella, he immediately sent a new one to the property and remedied the problem. The pool was a perfect touch after a long day in the sun and was safe and clean to use.
