This luxurious 4,800 sq ft modern farmhouse sits on 5 serene acres of lawns, meadows, and woodlands in North Fork's wine and farm country. Recently renovated down to the studs, it features all-new bathrooms, a designer kitchen, and a blend of contemporary style with 18th and 19th-century classic furnishings. Many pieces are from the historic Shorecrest Bed and Breakfast, adding a unique charm.
The open-concept ground floor boasts a Master Suite, three full baths, vaulted living, dining, and kitchen spaces, two sitting/TV rooms, two fireplaces, and a laundry area near the pool-access bath. Outside, enjoy a spacious covered front porch, expansive deck, and a large L-shaped pool surrounded by peaceful greenery.
*The pool will be closed by the last week in September each year and is not guaranteed to be open before mid May, unless special arrangements are made in advance.
The second floor offers a Master Suite with a canopied queen bed and ensuite bath. A second bedroom features a vintage four-poster queen bed, while the third has two full beds—perfect for kids or extra guests. These rooms share an oversized bathroom with a shower.
A short five-minute drive takes you to Mattituck's Love Lane and Cutchogue Village, home to top vineyards and acclaimed restaurants known for farm-to-table cuisine. Beaches, hiking trails, and preserved lands are nearby for exploration.
