Beautiful Town house in a quiet cove with a dock & kayaks. Please bring your own lifejackets. Public Beaches, Swimming pools, Gyms.
Deck & Pit Boss grill, AC, kitchen has microwave, Air fryer, blender dishwasher, oven range, fridge W/ icemaker.
Everything you need is right here. Located in the middle of nine exclusive golf courses, eight 18 hole courses and one 27 hole course and eleven lakes, access to many hiking and biking trails right outside your door, as well as Pickleball courts.
It is a short commute to charming downtown Hot Springs and nearby Oaklawn Race Track and Casino. It is ten minutes from two grocery stores, and is adjacent to Ouachita National Forest and yes Domino's will deliver right here. 5 minutes from a pretty nice Mexican restaurant, gas station or liquor store. Note Arkansas has no alcohol sales on Sunday.

We had a fantastic stay! Absolutely loved the location. Having the kayaks available was such a nice bonus. The kitchen is well-equipped, and I really appreciated the coffee pods provided. The place was comfortable and clean. We will definitely be back.

Very nice property with beautiful views, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful! The owner was so helpful with any questions we had, and quick to respond! We enjoyed the multi level decks and had some fun in the kayaks, even caught a beautiful sunset on the water! We would definitely stay at this property again if given the opportunity.

The unit is stocked up with all possible things you will need like you are at home.My host even provided mosquito repellant bracelet and reading glasses for people who may need it. The unit also has Fishing rods, kayak and floaters as well as lounging chairs.

Loved the Dock, Kayaks, and Crystal Mining Fun!

We had a fantastic stay at this lakeside VRBO near Hot Springs, AR! One of the highlights was being able to walk right out from the master bedroom onto the dock. We loved taking the provided kayaks out on the lake—such a peaceful and fun experience. Remember to bring your own life vests. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We also had a blast digging for crystals at the Ron Coleman Mine and exploring downtown Hot Springs. A great spot for both relaxation and adventure!When you enter the vrbo from the front door you will be on the top level which has the kitchen, living/dining room, a bathroom and the top level deck. There are stairs that take you downstairs to the two bedrooms, washer/dryer, dock and additional bathroom. The dock is accessed through the master bedroom.
The night we arrived we were on the lake kayaking and had a perfect rainbow!

Don’t miss this spot!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time in this home. The owner was so helpful right from the start, and we enjoyed the space, cleanliness, and the amenities. The paddles for the kayaks were broken, so we borrowed from a neighbor, but that was the only drawback. We would stay there again!

Quick Getaway

Beautiful Peaceful Getaway

We have been going to Hot Springs Village for years. There’s so much to do in the village and a lot to explore outside the village as well. This property had everything we needed a beautiful view. Wonderful lake access everything we needed to have a wonderful Long weekend❤️

Great Home on Lake DeSoto

My husband and I enjoyed our time on Lake DeSoto. The house was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the availability of kayaks for use. The owner definitely made sure the home was well equipped so we had everything we needed. The area was quiet and peaceful. Overall great experience.

Nice Home

We had a good stay at this condo. Parking is a little tight, but we managed. The home was clean, the amenities were nice, and the allowed use of kayaks and other items helped with our family fun. The boat house/dock is very nice area great for fishing, swimming, and parking a boat. Our 22ft pontoon fit well in the spot, just be prepared to park your trailer somewhere else if you have a long trailer. All in all, a nice little place to stay.

Condo is located on a lovely part of Lake Desoto and is nicely furnished in living area and bedrooms. The kitchen even has spices and coffee along with other foods unlike rentals in coastal areas where even condiments are lacking. The host is friendly and helpful with even the most mundane questions. Two decks, a crappie bed under the boat dock, and comfy outdoor chairs are wonderful extras at this condo.

The property was amazing. Everything was clean and set up just right. Spoke with the owner and he was very helpful. VRBO on the other hand. Never showed me as being booked for the room. Whenever i looked at the site it said that my days were already taken. It was very confusing. Expedia had me taken care of. I was showed the correct information on your website. The property was perfect!!! I plan on staying in the exact location in the future.

Eclipse Trip to Hot Springs Village

The lakefront home was everything we hoped for. Clean, well provisioned, comfortable beds, great facilities. Location is excellent - good access to Hot Springs National Park, grocery and restaurants nearby. Couldn't have been better!

Swim out your back door or paddle a kayak. Close to Golf, Pickleball, Tennis. Hiking. Restaurants. 6 minutes to Dolce Vita, great Italian food. Close to the West Gate and groceries or for Rock mines, Hot Springs, Magic Springs water park and it's quiet.
