Cozy Cottage in the Woods
A great place to relax & recharge! This home is in a quiet cul-de-sac - the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful setting of the woods in Hot Springs Village. With all of the amenities for a great get-a-way and centrally located inside the Village, this home is perfect to enjoy the outdoors with a balcony in the treetops and a firepit to enjoy a crackling fire, the night sounds and an outdoor cookout. There is also a large grassy area for a game of football, frisbee or horseshoes. The interior is a retreat with a ceiling to floor stone fireplace and a wall of windows to enjoy the view. This home has a full kitchen with careful attention to the details to make your stay extra special. Walking Trails are easily accessible from The Treehouse Cottage, as well as the eleven lakes, and the nine golf courses inside the Village. Lake Ouachita, Lake Catherine, Ron Coleman Mines, Garvan Woodland Gardens, and Historic Downtown Hot Springs are less than 30 minutes away. So much to see and do with the ones you love!

Peaceful cottage

Quiet, cute cottage in the woods. Plenty of room. Generally clean, but some wear and tear from renters. Owner very responsive.

Wonderful, peaceful stay

Our family really enjoyed our time at the property as well as in the village. The home is cozy and welcoming, very clean and nice as well as in a quiet section of the village which makes it so nice. Our children loved playing at the lakes all day and we are so happy they had a comfortable quiet place to lay their heads at night. The owner was very friendly, and communication was a 10/10!!! Will book with them again in the future!

Awesome propery

Great community, great property. Very clean, well appointed. And the covered carport is great on a rainy day! Checking in and checking out couldn’t be easier. You would not be disappointed booking a stay at this property.

Amazing stay

Mark was an amazing host, the house was super clean, well stocked and super comfortable. Very flexible and super understanding. We will be staying the next time we are in town

Nice House for an Arkansas Vacay

Excellent communication with owner, easy access to house, easy to follow rules and expectations. Not as private as we would have liked but the house is cute, nicely decorated and just what we needed for our stay. Good location to access points of interest (like Hot Spring National Park, Lake Ouachita, Colemans Quartz Mine, etc.). The gated community was a new experience for us....but there are a lot of nice trails to explore and a beautiful lake to see. d for our stay.

Perfectly quaint getaway!

Stocked with everything you might need, including the perfect deck! Beds were clean and plush, comfy, inviting living areas and a well-stocked kitchen…. It’s a good one! We loved staying in HSV. It’s close rn Get to Hot Springs and there are so many wonderful state and national parks nearby. The village itself is awesome also. Check out the mini. golf and sunset st Balboa. Our kiddo also enjoyed smores in the fire pit and waking up to deer in the yard. It’s a lovely, peaceful place. Highly recommend. *****

Relaxing Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed having our dog with us as well. The weather was rainy during our stay, but we still managed some time outdoors. The house was very comfortable for our indoor time. The area was peaceful, which is exactly what we were seeking.

Nice clean house

We enjoyed our short time at the house, although it rained the entire time. House had comfy beds and was clean. Convenient to restaurants and Hot Springs. Would recommend.

Nice place in the woods!

The treehouse/lakehouse was decorated really cute. The widow worked great and we could stream to the tv. We made dinner at the house both nights there and went for walks around the neighborhood and rented an SUP at Balboa Marina. It was a nice place to stay!

Wonderful home in Hot Springs Village

We needed extra bedrooms for family during the holiday season. The home was very clean and comfortable. It’s on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. The host immediately took care of a maintenance problem that came up unexpectedly. Communication was great, check in was easy. It is just off the main road through the village, so it’s easy to find. My family loved staying here, and I’m sure we will rent it again!

Fishing Trip

Went to HSV with a couple friends for a fishing trip. Could not have asked for a better place to stay for the trip. The parking was good for the small boat we took. Overall would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay.

The property was in a quiet cul de sac in the woods. Evening fire was very relaxing for visiting with family. Comfortable beds and living areas. Had all we needed. Host was excellent at communicating with us throughout.

Perfect location!

Excellent property with amenities as described. Stayed for a weekend getaway to visit Oaklawn for the AR derby. Close enough to Oaklawn yet beautifully close to nature in Hot Springs Village. Owner provides excellent information about area and great attention to detail!

Cozy, peaceful house in a lovely setting

As soon as we booked our stay I received a welcome message giving me more information and asking if I had any questions. That was followed by more information about the area, favorite restaurants and activities in the area and links to maps of the area. The house was clean, comfortable and attractively decorated with a beach house motif. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed to prepare the majority of our meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
