The apartment was everything we had hoped for. Fabulous views and comfortable furniture. The building provided excellent additional facilities, like a gym, library, and BBQ areas. They also provided free coffee on the 9th floor from 6:00am to 10am. The location was perfect for multiple restaurants and cafes and the river was just .25 of a mile away. All in all a great experience.

Family trip, long weekend, in July. Loved using the pool on the 9th floor, but take note it closes around 7p or 8p depending on the day of the week. Washer and dryer in unit was great for swim days as well as just in general.Doordash brings food right to the door, making for an easy night after a long go,go, go day.The grocery store on the 1st floor has everything you could need, including alcohol... I even got my son a Birthday cake there!Oh and the view... is amazing!!!! Enjoy your stay.

Our family of 5 want to spend 4 days exploring Chicago and the Penthouses at the Grand Plaza was an amazing home base for us to explore the city. We stayed here for New Years Eve and had the best time. Close proximity- walking distance to Mag mile, river walk and all the great restaurants. So convenient with the grocery store down stairs. And the best part was the views of the city and the lake! So gorgeous. Would absolutely stay again.
