The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Overall, we had a great stay. The house was spacious and worked very well for our group of 11 (3 couples 5 kids aged 7-10). The living space and views were great, and the game room / hidden room were a hit with the kids. Beautiful home all around.Marked down to 4 stars for a couple of reasons, primarily maintenance related. The hot tub was a major factor for our group in choosing this home for our stay, and unfortunately when we went to get in it the first night, it was incredibly dirty and unusable. The property management team came first thing the next morning and cleaned it, but the temperature wasn't warm enough to use until a full day later, at which point we were leaving. The kids were able to get in for a few minutes the morning we left, but we missed out otherwise. Additionally, the towel bar was broken in one of the bathrooms when we arrived, as was one of the toilet seats and one of the shower handles. Plus, one of the shower drains was clogged. Again, all things were addressed the next day by the property manager, but it was clear that no one had been paying very close attention to some of the day-to-day needs of the property.That all said, we enjoyed our stay, but hard to give 5 stars given some of the issues we experienced.
