This newly renovated family-friendly top-floor condo offers beautiful views of both the ocean and bay and is the perfect retreat for beach lovers. The kitchen is stocked for light cooking and hosts an eat-in kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops and a beautiful, reclaimed wood island. Amenities include 2 window air conditioning units, dishwasher, microwave, shared washer/dryer on ground level, smart TV, WiFi and 2 outside showers. Features include a bright and beachy décor with hard wood floors throughout, all new furniture, an open floor plan, and a spacious deck. Enjoy sea breezes and your morning coffee with friends and family sitting on the front deck! Conveniently located within short walking distance from Matt’s Fish Camp Restaurant, less than 4 miles north of the town and boardwalk in Bethany Beach and 5 miles south of Dewey Beach.
