A Beautiful Brand New 4-bedroom spacious house with almost 3000 sq.ft. in a newly developed area in the East Gwillimbury with a pleasant neighborhood of Samual Lount Park.
The unique location lets you have an easy access to Toronto and enjoy the life of a country style. Only 3 minutes drive from Yonge street with great choice of restaurants and shopping centers and 20 minutes to the nearest beach of gorgeous Simcoe Lake.
The main floor includes a large living room with a fire place and beautiful view to the backyard.
Bright breakfast/kitchen area is equipped with all brand new appliances. Separate cabinet with working desk is available for those who are looking for a possibility to work in a quite environment. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available for the whole period of your stay.
The second floor features a cozy Master Bedroom with a king bed and a vanity table with private bathroom and walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms are fully equipped with new and comfortable queen beds with nightstands. Two twin beds are offered in the fourth bedroom with chest and nightstands.
Max. capacity of the house - 6 guests. Any ADDITIONAL guest up to 8people NEEDS to be confirmed with the host at additional charge-$60 per person.
Free Driveway Parking (no more than 2 cars). Everything you need is here.
