The unit was dirty when we checked in. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher and old cereal on the deck. After booking we were directed to another app which was supposed to be our “go to resource” for our stay for all of our guests. By Tuesday the app didn’t work and my wife and son were afraid to leave the condo because the Bluetooth door lock was on a non-responsive app. When I tried to get help, we didn’t hear back for 12-14 hours later. Rather than acknowledge the situation we were told that the app really wasn’t that important or necessary and we should have just used the door code in the message that was on another app. I’m not sure how my guests were supposed to know that the app we were directed to download and use would be useless after a couple days and the way they would use the door would change without notice. I would never stay here again. Our concerns were not addressed or even acknowledged for almost 16 hours. Terrible experience.

Booked through one app. Confirmation came from this app (VRBO). After booking confirmed, I received emails and text messages from a company called premier rentals(?) wanting me to pay an additional insurance fee after paying it through VRBO. The unit has a retro disco vibe. My wife had to clean the cupboards and wash and sanitize the dishes after seeing what had been left behind by the cleaning crew. The non-refundable cleaning fee is likely just extra profit for these people considering the condo was barely broom clean. I do recommend this company if you like a confusing booking experience and like to have to wash bedding that had been used by the previous guest’s dog so your additional guests / kids can have a healthy sleep experience. The entire stay included a loud noise that sounded like an old bathroom exhaust fan, but there appeared no way to turn it off. At first it sounded like it was coming from the condo directly below this one, and I even confronted them - which now I feel bad, because, the noise is the blower fan for the central air system so it is either sleep and sweat or try to ignore the noise and keep the AC blowing cold. Hosts denied knowing anything about it. I apologized to the neighbors downstairs about my earlier accusation, then suggested they file noise complaints the police every night until the hosts of this unit can no longer ignore it. Bathrooms smell like dog.
