The upper level is designed for effortless beachside living, featuring an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that flows seamlessly onto the outdoor deck. From here, you can enjoy views of the beautifully landscaped backyard or head up to the whale watch tower for ocean vistas and a sun-soaked retreat—an idyllic spot to unwind. This level also includes a lounge room and two bedrooms, one of which is a master with an ensuite, along with a family bathroom and separate toilet.
Downstairs offers a private parents' retreat, featuring a queen bed in the spacious rumpus room, a second living area, and a servery window opening onto the outdoor deck—perfect for relaxing with an afternoon drink in the sea breeze.
