It's time to check-in to Casa Playa! This lovely 3-bedroom Canal-front home comfortably sits in the charming community of Colington Harbour. Your family will adore the basketball court, club house, Soundside sandy beaches, playground, sheltered picnic area, and the boat launch with a marina!
Casa Playa is dog friendly, so Fido can join in the fun and get a great run around the large backyard. Don't tell Fido but at Casa Playa there is even a Pet Tiki Hut Lounge area right under the house!
Relax the day away on your own private dock or enjoy some fishing, crabbing, kayaking, or paddle boarding in the wide canal!
Other outdoor features include sunbathing decks, a fire pit, corn-hole, 2 hammocks, and an enclosed outdoor shower.
The Atlantic Ocean is just 7 miles from the home and the property provides beach chairs and an umbrella. The sunsets are amazing, and the night skies will fill your eyes with stars from the Milky Way!
