This outstanding Canal front house offers amazing views for almost every room! As you pull up to the house you enter on the main/middle level with no stairs to contend with - one bed, bath, living room, dining & well stocked kitchen along with office space & sunroom plus deck with grill all located on this level.
Large open concept living room and kitchen. Sun porch offers those beautiful sights of the Canal/Sound as well! Deck off of sun porch is a PERFECT way to enjoy the sunsets with a nice glass of your favorite beverage!
Go up one level of inside stairs to the Master bedroom with attached ensuite with a private tub with more views of the Canal/Sound & shower with heat lamp. Lots of custom-made touches throughout this space - BONUS - mini-fridge in the master bath! The master bedroom is spacious with large closet and exterior deck facing the canal. Washer/dryer located upstairs as well along with 2nd bedroom with large closets!
Plenty of parking in the front and on the side of the house. HUGE boat dock with water and electricity - STRAIGHT shot out to the Sound - SUPER easy access! A special spot on the property we like to refer to as The Oasis - a cozy spot to sit by the waterfront with outdoor firepit! Tiki bar located on the water side of the home for shaded waterfront enjoyment! Continue past the house to the community pool, sound beach, and tennis/pickle ball courts! BONUS - bring your pup along as we are Dog Friendly!

Guests have access to the entire property except for locked owner's closets/ground level of property.

As our guest you have access to the community Sound front pool and tennis courts.
