As you enter the main floor of this spacious cottage you will be greeted by a lake facing wall of windows providing beautiful water views. The open living and dining area have been thoughtfully designed to accommodate everyone in your group. An oversized dining table and plenty of comfortable seating in the living area assure everyone can enjoy time together. A well equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and breakfast bar provide everything you will need to plan a leisurely brunch or unforgettable dinner. A convenient main floor ensuite bedroom offers a queen bed and full bath with walk in shower . The upper level provides 4 more bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, ensuite full bath, water views and access to a spacious upper level deck overlooking Pigeon Lake. A second bedroom is also equipped with a king bed , lake views and direct access to a shared full bath. A roomy bunk room can also be found on the floor complete with a full over full bunk and tv/gaming area sure to be a hit with kids of all ages. An additional bedroom with 2 twin beds completed this floor.

From the main floor you can wander out to the covered patio complete with gas grill and outdoor dining space. Follow the path to the lakeshore where you will find your own stretch of sandy shoreline perfect for swimming. Boaters and kayakers can take advantage of the public boat launch located directly across the lake and explore the surrounding wooded dunes and wildlife. Pack up for a day on the beach at the big lake.Take a short walk away through the peaceful neighborhood and follow the boardwalk to Lake Michigan. In addition to a private beach (limited to Port Sheldon Beach Association residents and guests), convenient access to both Holland and Grand Haven - each about 20-25 minutes away - enhances the property's central location. Extensive bike trails are found all along the lakeshore and the association offers a pickle ball court, tennis courts, beach volleyball, green space for lawn games and a sunset deck located near the association's beach access.

- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

There are a total of 4 parking spaces available: 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
