Nest - Hot tub - 200m to Wanda Beach
An inviting and tranquil beachside home 200m from the water's edge. Relax and unwind in our stylish and contemporary beach house and spacious outdoor space with hot tub. Enjoy the peaceful 4 min walk to Wanda Beach, Bannisters Resort, Seaview Cafe, The Bay Sailing Centre and Soldiers Point Bowling Club. Our home is perfect for families, friend groups, beach lovers and many more!
The space
Nest is a newly built, solar powered and private sun-filled home with high ceilings and an open plan living area with the perfect indoor-outdoor flow. It is perfect year-round with a covered outdoor entertaining area and heated outdoor spa with a pergola. The kitchen is designed for larger groups with a 5-burner gas stove, large oven, modern appliances, kitchens utensils, tableware, glassware, cutlery and convenient pantry essentials. Free wifi, Amazon Fire TV with Netflix to make your time inside more enjoyable. Ducted central heating/cooling, along with ceiling fans makes our house comfortable year-round. The laundry room has a washing machine and plenty of space outside to hang those towels and swimmers after a day spent out on the bay! The internal garage and large driveway can accommodate 2 cars and a trailer/boat.
The four bedrooms are designed with calm and relaxation in mind with large windows facing the adjoining reserve (look for koalas on the eucalyptus trees!).
Three bedrooms with queen beds and one with 2 single beds, luxurious mattresses, fresh linens and towels. Two foldaway beds provided on request with mattresses, linens and towels. The master suite is filled with natural light with a large walk-in robe, beautiful ensuite and private deck overlooking the spa! The second bathroom has dual sinks, a large shower and soaking tub with fragrant bath salts. We have provided shampoo and conditioner for your stay, using pure local plant-based ingredients.
Our family loves the coastal activities Port Stephens is famous for and would love to share that with you. We have provided an inflatable kayak and paddleboard, beach trolley and beach toys for your stay. There are also board games to keep the kids (and adults!) entertained as well as some lawn toys.
We are delighted to have you stay and hope you enjoy our place as much as our family does!
