With a generous capacity to accommodate up to 12 guests with a maximum of 8 adults, this spacious two storey house is perfect for family gatherings or a getaway with friends. Unwind in the tranquillity of this exceptional recently renovated property boasting five sun-drenched bedrooms (1 being an open plan area) and three pristine brand-new bathrooms designed for comfort and relaxation.
The house is tastefully equipped with modern amenities including split-system reverse cycle air conditioning in all rooms, multiple Smart TVs, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and an enclosed yard and garden to enjoy the glorious weather.
Upon entering The Birubi Beach House, the staircase will lead you up to the grandeur of the open living/ dining and kitchen space that will surely entice you with the new flooring and dramatic feature of a vaulted timber ceiling. This area leads out to a stunning wrap around deck with casual alfresco dining. Three bedrooms and the main bathroom are also located upstairs.
