This two-level PET FRIENDLY townhome is centrally located at Plantation Club, surrounded by Sea Pines’ amenities in every direction.
The living room features comfortable seating including a sofa and loveseat. The room also offers a large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors reveal a lush view of the Atlantic Dunes and a pebbled patio with outdoor seating for four.
The dining area, which also enjoys the golf view, seats six at its glass table, with ceiling fan above. The kitchen provides every major appliance including a flat cooktop and full-sized washer and dryer. A half-bath is downstairs as well.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms, two of which could be considered a master. With a golf view, the first bedroom houses cream wicker furnishings, a tropically covered king-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan and private bath.
The next bedroom, also with a king-sized bed, showcases a ceiling fan, TV, two closets and private bathroom.
The third bedroom, offering two double beds, TV, ceiling fan and private bathroom.
With two community pools on-site, this townhome is just blocks from the Sea Pines Beach Club, the Atlantic Dunes and Heron Point Pro Shop's, and within a short biking distance from Sea Pines’ variety of shopping, dining and recreational opportunities.
Guests may also enjoy the use of the 2 on-site pools; including a children's pool.
