The Beachhouse: Oceanfront | Large Decks

CINDY’S DREAM is a beautiful oceanfront home so comfortable, it invites you to make new OBX memories. It delivers the luxury and location that will make your Outer Banks experience unforgettable. Sit on the spacious upper deck at night to view the vast sky full of stars or during the day to watch the ocean. If you don’t want your feet to get sandy, you can sit on the bench at the end of the private walkway leading to the beach and ocean.

All five bedrooms have their own access to the deck connected to the private, dedicate walkway leading straight to the beach so guests can enjoy the convenience of direct access to the shore. Every bedroom has a smart TV with Roku (don’t forget your streaming passwords). The master ensuite bedroom on the main level has a king bed, dual sink bathroom and shower with two shower heads. The level below has an ensuite bedroom with a king bed and bathroom with a shower/supersized tub. This level also has another ensuite bedroom with a queen bed. The third bedroom on this level has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom, “the kids room” which has 4 beds – 2 bunkbeds. The shared bathroom has a sink area and a pull door to separate the toilet/shower space. The bunk beds have side rails for the top bunks and a ladder for each top bunk and there is a baby gate (in the closet) and a pack-n-play.

When you are not on the beach or enjoying all that the Outer Banks offers, you can spend your time in the vaulted ceiling, open concept layout of the great room, kitchen, dining room and board game/puzzle nook. There are multiple sliding glass doors and windows for tremendous natural light beaming throughout the open space along with effortless indoor/outdoor flow.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with a wine refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster oven, microwave, modern and deep sink, very large seafood boing pot, crab picking tools, and so much more. Also in the kitchen by the Keurig is a charging docking station for your multiple charging needs.

The sunroom (with a smart TV) is a nice place to sit and read or watch TV or add a space for 2 more people to sleep on the pullout sofa bed.

A few more amenities:

· Club house membership to use the pool and clubhouse, very short walk because the pool is 2 houses from Cindy’s Dream;

· Wall sockets with USB outlets;

· Dedicated game nook (not video games) with table and chairs for board games and cards and puzzles;

· Cabinet full of children’s board games and puzzles, card games, puzzles for young and old, and even some grown up board games, poker chips, cards, etc, all for young and old on rainy days and

· Outside shower.

PLEASE NOTE that the elevator, fireplace and garage are not available for guest use. Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff.
