Unbeatable oceanfront views! Beautifully decorated and well maintained!
Your vacation will feel like nothing but blue skies when you stay at this meticulously maintained 4 bedroom oceanfront home in quiet South Nags Head. The top floor open concept living/kitchen/dining space flows out onto the deck with covered and uncovered space. The views are possibly the best in the entire Cola Vaughan Realty program. There is plenty of seating for everyone inside and outside and quality furnishings and décor that will put you in a perfect state of relaxation.
The layout downstairs works great for family groups with 2 "jack and jill" set ups on either side of the hallway (4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms total). The eastern bedrooms on this level also have direct access to the mid-level deck with more incredible oceanfront views. There is an additional full bathroom upstairs as well as an outdoor shower on the ground level.
**Please note that the VRBO service fee will be instantly charged upon booking by VRBO but all rents, host fees, and taxes will be processed by Cola Vaughan Realty within 24 hours of booking and Cola Vaughan Realty will handle all of the details of your stay**
**Please note that linens (sheets and towels) are NOT included. If you do not want to bring your own linens, we can refer you to a local linen rental service that will deliver and pick up at your property. Bedspreads and pillows are included.
