Centrally located within the popular gated community of Wild Dunes in Isle of Palms (across street from tennis/pickleball courts), this villa offers affordable updated accommodations for a small group or family. The two balconies and sun room (windows can open to function as screened porch), offer a waterway view. Bring or rent a bike, and enjoy access to miles of beach and bike paths. In close proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, this is a great location to get away and relax. Approximately 3 short blocks from a beach access path, where you can enjoy miles of award-winning white sandy beaches.

Flat-screen Smart televisions are provided in the living room and bedrooms (cable streaming capability through YouTube TV in living room and primary bedroom only). Wireless internet included.

Primary bedroom/bathroom renovated July of 2023, and the other 3 bathrooms newly updated as of March 2026. Updated photos and virtual tour coming in May of 2026.
