At the rear of the home, a second spacious living area provides another relaxed corner with a large sectional sofa, TV, and a full-size pool table for friendly games.

The full kitchen makes holiday cooking simple and social, with long benches, modern appliances, a dishwasher, and open shelving offering plenty of space to prepare meals while staying connected. The adjoining dining area sits beside large windows looking toward the sea, creating a beautiful setting for shared meals or slow morning coffees.

Step out to the covered patio and deck where outdoor dining, lounge seating, and a BBQ create an easy space to gather, while the outlook stretches across the lawn toward the ocean and foreshore with fresh coastal breezes rolling through.

Three bedrooms sit toward the front of the home. The primary bedroom and second bedroom each offer a queen bed with glimpses toward the ocean through large windows, while the third bedroom includes a tri-bunk with a double bed below and a single above. The fourth bedroom sits beside the rear living area and includes a queen bed, creating a comfortable retreat for additional guests. Two bathrooms with walk-in showers serve the home, and a laundry adds convenience for longer stays.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
