Welcome to The Gooldives!
Freshly renovated and ready to host family groups and couples looking for a relaxed beach holiday together. This stunning home with brand new furniture, wifi, kids books and games as well as a ping pong table.
Walk to the beach and the surf club or Kuti Shack at the beach car park for a coffee or a meal.
The river is a 12 minute walk or a short bike ride.
The Woolies shopping Centre is walking distance too. So much to see and do without the need to move your car!

The house comprises two very spacious living areas, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
DOWNSTAIRS-
*Large kids/teens games room which opens out to the huge fully enclosed backyard.
*Bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds.
*Spacious main bathroom with spa bath
Laundry with washer and plenty of bench space

UPSTAIRS-
* Large kitchen with full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee pod machine ( pods included).
* Spacious living and dining and slow combustion heater
* Master bedroom with Queen bed, ample wardrobe space and small sitting area.
* Bedroom 2 with Queen bed
* Bedroom 3 with tri bunk ( double bed with single bed above it)
* bathroom with shower
* Expansive balcony for entertaining and enjoying the view
All bed linen and bath towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels if required .
Strictly no parties and no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Please do not book this house if you are a smoker.
This property is NOT suitable for a large group of adults. The top bunk beds will only hold children up to age 12 only.
One well behaved dog is welcome to come on holiday with you but permission will be needed and a pet fee of $75 payable. Non shedding dogs only please. If you have a dog which sheds a lot of hair, we might allow them to come but be outside only. It takes too long for our cleaners to clean up dog hair as it gets onto everything.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.
*Please also note that the bunk room will be locked for groups of 5 people or less. $40 fee if you require it open for smaller groups.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
