Soft coastal tones, timber floors, and natural light define this relaxed beachside home designed for unwinding after sun-filled days. Upstairs, the open-plan living area is made for connection — sink into the sofa for a movie night on Netflix, or open the sliding doors to enjoy the sea air drifting in from the dunes beyond. The modern kitchen keeps meals effortless, complete with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and Aldi coffee machine for your morning brew. Gather around the six-seater dining table to share dinner and conversation, framed by calm dune outlooks.
Outdoors, a generous covered deck offers a perfect perch for afternoon drinks or leisurely breakfasts, while the fire pit area below sets the stage for evening storytelling under the stars. A BBQ and secure yard make it ideal for families or small groups, and well-behaved pets are welcome by arrangement.
The primary bedroom is also located upstairs, offering a peaceful retreat with a queen bed, soft coastal styling and nearby bathroom access. Downstairs, a second living area provides a relaxed zone for games or movies, featuring a TV, lounge and full-size ping pong table. Sliding doors open to the secure backyard, creating a smooth indoor-outdoor connection ideal for families. Three additional bedrooms are located on this level — one with a queen bed, one with a double, and one fitted with two bunk beds, making the space versatile for groups or kids.
Two bathrooms provide convenience with walk-in showers, toilets, and vanities, complemented by a third separate toilet. A full laundry with washer and dryer makes longer stays easy, and off-street parking allows you to come and go with ease.
Please note, this is a two-level home with stair access required.
Pets must be approved in advance. A $75 pet fee applies, payable separately before your stay.
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee—please let us know at the time of booking if you require either.
Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
