This fantastic 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath solar heated pool home is on a beautifully maintained property with lush tropical landscaping. It is in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located near various shopping centers, restaurants, and golf courses.

Living Room: The spacious living room is bright and gives a beautiful view of the lanai, pool and canal. Make yourself comfortable and watch a movie on the flat-screen tv while relaxing on the large sectional sofa or light the fireplace for some ambiance.

Kitchen/Dining Room: Do you enjoy making yummy treats for you, your family, and your loved ones? The kitchen has stainless steal appliances, granite counters and is fully stocked with all you might need to produce your own culinary creations.
