Welcome to your private paradise at Villa Endless Summer!
Enjoy the Florida Lifestyle! This home offers a large Master bedroom with king bed and has access to the lanai, a flat screen TV, walk-in closet, large on suite master bath with 2 vanities, soaking Tub, separate toilet, and a walk-in shower. The living room also offers a large sectional couch and flat screen TV with slider doors opening to the lanai and the large kitchen is great for making your vacation meals. Dine at the breakfast bar, breakfast nook, dining area or lanai. Off the kitchen are 2 other bedrooms and Guest/pool bath. One queen bedroom with and Flat screen TV and the 3rd bedroom has king bed with flat screen TV.
The pool area offers plenty of space for dining and lounging. There is a BBQ Grill for those delicious steaks or burgers. Enjoy our extensive Gulf Access canal view, rent a boat, and dock it at the dock in the back yard, or fish from the dock. Stay and make your Florida Dreams at Villa Endless Summer! Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Process of renting , checking in and out was good. The kitchen was well equipped. The appearance of property was good; but because we don't wear shoes in the house, it was readily apparent the floors had not been cleaned in a while.

Extremely nice villa. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Nice quiet area. We loved it!The only issue we had was on check in when unfortunately we tried to open the incorrect lock box. However Caroline quickly sorted us out.( For the future, maybe remove or blank off the old lock box?)Would love to stay again.

Great location

It was 2 couples, house is set up perfectly for us! Beds comfortable pool nice and warm. Only concern would be the girls outside by the pool, they do warn you it’s slippery and it is for sure!! Would highly recommend this house to anyone

Beautiful!

The property was beautiful and reflected what the listing showed. We had a hard time getting in the first night, the lockbox didn't work and we had to get a hotel because the service number wasn't responding. However, the owner credited a night for us. This was the only downside, otherwise the property was lovely! Would stay here again!

Gorgeous waterfront oasis

Gorgeous home on a spectacular peaceful canal. Couldnt be any more relaxing. We LOVED the home overall, had a couple small mechanical issues in the primary bath which we let the property manager know. She was very quick to reply. They were not a bother to us but she was quick to address the issues. The kitchen is very well stocked, grill was clean & full of gas, pool was chilly but to be expected in Jan. It did warm up on the 3rd day (heated). Comfy beds & living room couch. Wonderful neighborhood for morning & evening walks, friendly neighbor across the street. Grocery stores, Walmart, CVS/Walgreens, gas stations are all within 8 min drive. Favorite ice cream shops we found were Holy Moly Ice Cream "Spaghy's" & Sweet Spot. Both were excellent. Would definitely rebook again!

For boaters with a trailer, the driveway has a significant slope making it difficult to disconnect, the dock however was the best I've delt with of the 6 homes I've visited in the past years in Cape Coral. The property team gives/had one toilet paper roll and asks that I buy a specific brand and type if I need more. I think they should supply the specific type they want to avoid any issues if it's that important, not a big cost in my opinion. We did wind up buying the correct (septic friendly) toilet paper at the local Publix. Many wall switches, most labeled and still we found it difficult to find correct switches. The living room fan remote has over 11 buttons and only 2 seemed to work. Remote docking cradle was located on the wall opposite/across from where the fan wall switch was located, Took me a over 10 minutes to figure out why the fan wouldn't turn on, the wall switch was in the off position. I'd get away from the fancy remotes and keep it simple. The back bedroom temperature issue is enough for us to not return to this property. The ceiling fan clicks when on high, so we used our portable fan to deal with the warmth. We visit Cape Coral in the summers and the house was able to get to 76 at best, making the back bedroom over 80 at night!

Thank you for your review. I am surprised, with the review you left. Newer homes will always have a slopped driveway in Florida, all though this one is not so slopped. As for switches, it is an owners preference and they are labeled to help guests, we have never had any issue with other guests. A air conditioner will cool inside house about 15-20 degrees lower than the outside temperature, if doors and windows are closed, so if it is 96 outside, like it is here in the summer, getting to 76 inside is good. We never had any guests complain about this either.

Enjoyed our stay - but needs upgrading

Needs a few upgrades::. Badly stained/dirty sunning chairs around pool. Loud screeching noise when turning on/off shower in master bath. Rusted out bbq that doesn't hold temperature. One cookie sheet for cooking that doesn't fit oven properly Stayed for a month and no cleaning supplies or even a mop. On plus side: Great check in/out process, great location, beautiful pool, comfortable beds, nice dining areas,

Beautiful home but somewhat dated, however found dead roach Rolled up in a towel, sofas in living room in bad condition needs replacing, house got really warm (79/80) two days before checkout, couldn’t adjust thermostat , sent email to contact person who never responded, wasn’t happy about taking pics of electric meter upon arriving & leaving, monitoring the amount of electrical usage & worried about going over daily allowance & having to pay, a lot of pressure there! Pool Lounge chairs needs cleaning, very dirty & miscommunication about garbage pickup day, hope this is helpful in getting these Issues resolved for the next quests

Family vacation

Wonderful stay in this amazing home. The home is exactly like the photographs. It is amazing. The home was spotless when we arrived. The pool was wonderful. My son did some great fishing right off the dock in the back. We loved every minute.

great vacation home

this is a lovely property in the Rose Garden area of Cape Coral, it's close to shopping, restaurants and the house is great...good layout, nice amenities, very clean and comfortable. The check in was effortless, and our stay was very enjoyable, we would definitely stay there again.
