Everything you need is right on your doorstep—pubs, cafes, shops, parks, beaches and coastal walking trails—making it easy to slow down and soak up the best of Port Elliot.

The private front garden is a green haven ideal for morning coffees or afternoon drinks. Out the back, there’s space to entertain or simply enjoy the sunshine with your furry friend nearby. Fire up the outdoor firepit in the cooler months and settle in for some stargazing.

Step inside to light-filled living spaces with timber tones, fun pops of colour, and retro flair. The open-plan lounge features a ceiling fan, open fireplace, and comfy couches to sink into. Chill out with a movie on the wall projector, stream your favourite shows on either of the two TVs (both Netflix-ready), or browse the shelves of books and board games for a screen-free evening.

The funky retro-style kitchen is fully equipped for casual dining or cooking up a feast, with a large gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a pod coffee machine. The adjacent butler’s pantry/laundry provides additional storage and houses the fridge.

Stay comfortable year-round with fans throughout, split system A/C in the lounge, and the warmth of an open fireplace for cozy nights in. Entertainment options abound, with Wi-Fi, a projector, two TVs, books, games, and a laptop-friendly workspace in case you need to check in with work.

Bedroom Configuration (Sleeps 7, Max 6 Adults):
Main Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Second Bedroom: Double Bed (Sleeps 2)
Third Bedroom: Bunk bed with double on the bottom and single up top. (Sleeps 3, top bunk is not suitable for Adult)

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

100% Pet-Friendly
The property welcomes your well-behaved pets inside. The backyard is fully enclosed, with plenty of grass for pets or kids to play. A 1.2m high metal fence runs along the back, with timber gates, offering peace of mind for pet owners. The fenced section is around 6 metres long.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $22 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $44 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

**SCHOOLIES - property is available with a $2000 bond and a $250 cleaning fee for a maximum of 7 people ONLY plus $110 per person per night in excess of 2 guests. No parties are allowed at any time. **

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
