Walk into the spacious open-plan living area bathed in soft natural light and a relaxed atmosphere—perfect for families to settle in. The lounge features a three-seater sofa, two cosy armchairs, and a smart TV, creating a comfortable space to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the neighbourhood.

Just beside, the dining area with its six-seater table invites long family dinners, while the fully equipped kitchen makes mealtimes easy. With a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and bar seating for three, it’s set up for everything from morning coffees to shared family feasts. A pantry stocked with board games adds a playful touch for relaxed evenings together. Heating and cooling throughout adds an extra layer of comfort for all seasons.

The primary bedroom is a private retreat with a queen bed, walk-in robe, and sleek ensuite, while the second bedroom offers twin single beds, perfect for children. The third bedroom provides another queen bed with a calm, restful feel. A central bathroom with a shower, bathtub, vanity, and separate toilet ensures convenience for families, while the laundry is fitted with a washing machine and sink for longer stays. Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
