Located on a quiet street in a well-established Carmel neighborhood you'll find this cute 1,449 sf mid-century cottage that is brand new to the rental market and furnished with all the comforts of home and perfect for extended stays. Great location where you can 'live like a local' in a quiet neighborhood and attend all the area's special events throughout the year like Monterey Car Week, Carmel Bach Festival, Monterey Jazz Festival and so many more.

Though the house feels tucked away, it has easy access to Highway One making day trips south to Big Sur, east to Carmel Valley Village and wine country, or north to the Monterey Peninsula, Santa Cruz and beyond. You'll be close to the Barnyard and Crossroads Shopping Centers as well as downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea for shopping, gallery-hopping and world-class dining experiences. Golfers will love being near Pebble Beach® and other area courses; nature-lovers will appreciate being near numerous sandy beaches, Point Lobos State Reserve hiking trails and the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Living Space
The home is elevated, adding to the sense of privacy. After climbing about 25 steps to the entry deck, the home is all one-level once you are inside. The cozy living space has comfortable seating, a wood burning fireplace and a TV with Roku.
A large back deck is a wonderful place to lounge and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is well-equipped for creating meals at home when you want to dine-in, and when the chef wants a night off, the dining options in Carmel and nearby coastal towns are plenty.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a California king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
The hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination.

A washer and dryer are inside the unit, just off bathroom #1.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. Please note that the yard is not fully fenced.

Off-street parking is available in the driveway area for several cars.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
