Summary:
The Palms Unit A, a light-filled and spacious upstairs retreat just 350m from Coolum Beach, offering the ultimate beachside holiday escape. Featuring open-plan living, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The shared outdoor area with the unit below offers a generous entertaining space and lap pool, perfect for relaxing, alfresco dining, or firing up the BBQ. With shops and the beach only moments away, it’s the ultimate coastal escape.
The Space:
Head up either the front or back stairs to unit A and step into a bright, open-plan living space that’s been styled with a relaxed coastal vibe. Kick back on the comfy sofa, pop on a movie on the smart tv (apps only), or keep cool with the AC and ceiling fan while enjoying the outlook from the front balcony, complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ looking out over the treetops. The kitchen and dining area seats six and comes fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, coffee pod machine and microwave.
Out the back, you can make the most of the spacious shared entertaining area with the downstairs Unit B. It’s got a big alfresco table for ten, a BBQ, and a sparkling lap pool, perfect for lazy afternoons in the sun.
Upstairs:
Bedroom One: The main bedroom upstairs features a plush queen-sized bed, wardrobe cupboard, ceiling fan and air-conditioning unit.
Bathroom One, Two & Laundry: At the back of the home is two bathrooms and a laundry in the centre. Both bathrooms are complete with a shower, toilet and vanity. The laundry room is in the centre with a front loader washing machine, sink and clothes rod.
Bedroom Two: Furnished with two single beds, this room has an air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan and wardrobe space.
Bedroom Three: This bedroom is perfect for the kids and is furnished with a double/single bunk bed and wardrobe, comfortably sleeping up to three guests.
Bedroom Four: The final bedroom is also fitted with a double/single bunk bed and AC unit, comfortably sleeping up to three guests ideally for children.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the upstairs level of the home, along with space to park 1 car in the carport and 1 in the driveway. There is also free street parking available. Please note there is no garage and the sheds are not for guest use.
The Neighborhood:
Just 350m from the pristine sands of Coolum Beach, this home offers the perfect base for leisurely seaside strolls and exploring all that Coolum has to offer on foot. Coolum Village is 150m away and offers a Coles supermarket along with a variety of shops and cafes. The Coolum Beach Surf Club, patrolled beach and vibrant main street is under 850m away, where the esplanade is lined with bustling cafes, restaurants, and shops. Enjoy swimming, surfing, or paddle boarding at the patrolled beach, or for a dose of adventure, take a quick 8-minute drive to Mount Coolum’s base and enjoy an unforgettable hike and spectacular views from the top.
Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, which is approximately an 4-minute (300m) walk to Birtwill Street where the bus can be caught to Noosa (northbound), SC Airport and Maroochydore (southbound).
Other Things to Note:
*This property is divided into two self-contained levels, the upstairs (this listing) and the downstairs. Both levels share the spacious outdoor area at the back, including the pool. Each unit has its own private entrance and parking, while the back pool area is shared.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
