The Space:
Soft morning light filters through floor-to-ceiling windows as you look out toward the evergreens, fresh snow settling quietly along the slopes. After a day on the mountain, the glow of the hanging fireplace invites you to unwind while the forest outside grows still. Step out to the sunken hot tub, where crisp winter air and the hush of the trees create a calm that carries long into the evening.
Spread across more than 4,000 square feet in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, this mountainside retreat offers ski-in/ski-out access and entry to a private gondola leading to Creekside Village. An open-concept living area features natural Cherrywood finishes, vaulted ceilings, and expansive windows framing views of Whistler’s peaks. The living room flows easily onto the deck, giving you space to breathe in the alpine air before settling near the sculptural fireplace. Downstairs, a media lounge with its own fireplace provides another setting to relax after time on the slopes.
Sleeping arrangements include a serene primary suite on the main level with a California king bed, wide picture windows, and an ensuite with an oversized soaking tub and steam shower. On the lower level, one bedroom offers a queen bed, while two additional bedrooms include a double bed with a trundle in each and share an ensuite with a double vanity and shower. A fifth bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, complete with a dining table that seats up to ten guests. Radiant heated floors maintain warmth throughout the home, while air conditioning offers comfort in warmer months. Practical features include a washer, dryer, safe, clothing storage, and a dedicated workspace. Wifi is available throughout the house.
Outdoor living centers around the private sunken hot tub, forest surroundings, and a patio area with outdoor furniture. The heated garage and snow-melt driveway support smooth transitions from mountain to home, and a BBQ grill provides another option for relaxed evenings at the house.
