Great Location!

My friend & I needed a weekend away where we could catch up & enjoy time without family. This place was perfect. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable the living area just perfect for 2. Our goal was no cooking but there was a nice kitchen (no dishwasher). We walked the quaint town in the mornings, walked to Fishy Fishy for dinner, The Mullet for music & Provision Company for lunch. You could park at the house and walk to “downtown” or to the waterfront easily. Such a beautiful week away!

Cozy Cottage

Enjoyed a few days in this cozy cottage. Very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Close to waterfront for an easy walk to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

First time staying in Southport

Great property to experience this beautiful coastal town. Great view from the patio with good shade and a five minute walk to restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed being able to take our four legged friend with us. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Wonderful Beach Cottage

We rented this cottage for a weekend trip to the coast. I was wonderful. The house was exactly what we expected. It was not too far from the water, shopping or great food. I would highly recommend this house.

Great place and great location!

Loved the place and it was in a great location. It was within walking distance to everything. It was right around the corner from the marina/restaurants. Very peaceful and relaxing. Will be staying again. Thanks for the memories.

Solid place to stay

This place is in a great location and a really short walk from the center of all of the touristy stuff (shops, restaurants, art shops, and tons of silly people to watch) one could want. The thing is that the house is off of the main roads and traffic routes so it’s quiet and peaceful. It’s the perfect size and has most of the kitchen utensils you’d expect making food prep easy. Overall, a great place to stay…check it out.

Great House and Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location and is within walking distance to the waterfront, shops, and restaurants. The house itself was clean and comfortable. The deck was especially great for enjoying evenings outside. The property management company was responsive and fantastic to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Coastal perfect

What a great cottage day in a great location! Walk to town, walk to the water. Property managers were easy to work with... House was well equipped and the outdoor space was ideal!! Highly recommend!

Weekend boat trip

House was very nice. Very clean. Perfect for two couples. Very close to marina, shops, restaurants and waterfront. Quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

River Hideaway

Lovely quick vacation in a sweet clean cottage located in a kind of secluded nook in downtown Southport. Brought the dogs and relaxed. Everything was as advertised, the rental company forgot to place the keys in my packet but that was quickly resolved. Highly recommend this rental.

A lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay for the July 4 week in Southport. The house was a lovely, cozy, cool place to stay after the heat of the day. The kitchen was well equipped, and they even had a few extra things for you until you could get to the grocery store. I was worried about the parking situation, but it all worked out and we had plenty of room. The neighbors who live around the area are friendly, and even though the houses are together, you still feel your privacy. You are within walking distance or a bike ride to all the fun activities in Southport. Rooms have a full or queen size bed. There is no dishwasher. We enjoyed the patio and decided to put up our tent for the beach on the patio area to keep the sun off and enjoy it during hot days. So consider bringing an extra canopy for the patio if you want to enjoy it and not have the sun beating down on you. We would stay here again. The birds were so lovely. A great place.

Total relaxation

Well equipped home. All the comforts of home. Easy and seamless check in and check out process. Walking distance to numerous restaurants/bars and downtown area. Exceptionally clean and beautiful neighborhood. Perfect get away.

Great location

The proximity to the marina made it super convenient to use our boat. It’s a nice place for a small family that we will most likely stay at again. The only downside is that the property shares a driveway with two other properties but we were able to work around it.
