This brand new entire apartment located on Lincoln Road with one designated car park with EV charger. You don't have to share with anyone else. We do offer self check in service, you will check in by yourselves anytime you want using a passcode.
Premium location close to everything, including Christchurch Arena, Addington Raceway, TranzAlpine, Hagley Park South, tons of cafes and restaurants on Lincoln Road.
Easy to access state highway 76 and 73.

*Designated EV charger, you will need to bring your own cable with type 2 male to connect to the EV charger.

No Food upstairs - Please enjoy your meals in the dining/lounge only
No Shoes indoors
No Smokers!
Keep quiet between 9pm and 8am !
No evens!
Please do not use the towels for cleaning surfaces or items otherwise extra charges may apply to cover additional laundry fees.
Please use makeup pads and clothes.
The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD $45 Per hour.

I would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules
1: Parties and events are strictly prohibited
2: Late check-out is not allowed unless approved in advance, a fee of NZD 50 per hour will apply
3: Please keep generally clean
4: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
