Welcome to 318 Breakers, your private top-floor end unit villa with spectacular ocean views right in the heart of Hilton Head Island’s Coligny Beach. Whether you’re here for family fun, a romantic getaway, or just some much-needed beach time, this oceanfront retreat has everything you need for the perfect stay.

Ocean Views: Start your day with coffee and a sunrise on the private balcony, furnished for ultimate relaxation.

Comfortable for Families & Couples: Sleeps up to 6 with a king bed in the bedroom, captain's bunk beds in the hallway (perfect for kids), and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A pack ‘n play is included for little ones and stored under the king bed.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook with ease using full-size appliances including fridge/freezer, microwave convection oven over the stove top, and dishwasher. Cookware & dishware, coffee maker and toaster provided.

Convenient Comforts: Free Wi-Fi and cable, flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, fresh linens and towels, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Oceanfront Pool & Sundeck: Relax poolside or take a quick dip. Heated from March 1 – November 30 for year-round enjoyment.

Prime Location: Steps to the beach, the pool, and Hilton Head’s favorite oceanfront spots like Pool Bar Jim’s and the Tiki Hut.

Elevator Access to Top Floor Villa. There are 2 elevators in the community and multiple stairwells to lead to you the third floor.

Additional Details

Parking: One parking pass per villa (provided on arrival by security guard). Trailers, motorcycles, motor homes, campers, boats, jet skis and campers are not permitted. Golf carts are permitted but are considered a vehicle.

Starter Amenities: Bath towels and linens, toiletries, and kitchen basics provided at check-in.

Policies: No smoking, no pets, no trailers/kayaks/canoes. Bikes must be secured in racks.



Cancellation: All cancellations include a non-refundable processing fee.

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
