As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Seaside is a gated, oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach. Walking distance to Coligny Plaza with entertainment, restaurants and shops and the Tiki Hut. Celebration Park is also within walking distance and it is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Seaside offers a pool, sundeck and direct beach access on site.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Location was Great!

Our 1st time to Hilton Head and not our last! There was 5 in our family with 3 kids(21,16,16). It was cozy. Our girl is 5’3 and slender and could accommodate the bunk well, her twin brother(taller, and more stockier, fit and didn’t complain because that was his own fault. He could’ve slept with his older brother in the pullout sofa, if he was uncomfortable. However, the brothers didn’t wanna share a bed. That would be the only thing to know if you were traveling with adult kiddos. Their house were wonderful and responding with everything very quickly! We were able to use their four beach chairs and they had two bikes for us to use. We rented three others and had the best time ever! Very good location, and even though an older unit, very Well kept up and clean. We had no issues and it was a short bike ride to everything we wanted to do. Close to grocery store and lots of restaurants. we were on the first floor of this unit and it was perfect to either get to our car if needed or grab our bikes or swim in the pool in the evening since it’s right outside the door. Lovely Place and Host’s!!! Thank you Kendall for allowing us to use your space and have one of the best vacations ever!

Terrific location

Just a quick getaway. We chose this place for the location and access to free bikes for cruising the beach. It was great. We’d love another stay here when the weather is warmer to take full advantage of the pool and ocean. The host, location, amenities GREAT! Thank you!

Great Area!

It was a great area to ride our bikes in the morning on nearby paths. Close to restaurants. Coligney beach gets really crowded on weekends but didn’t affect beach at this condo. Hard to remember 3 different passcodes and had to keep my phone handy. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again!

Close to everything!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect to bring our kiddos and still have a little privacy. The condo was clean and well maintained. Hosts even left us a welcome gift and checked on us during our stay to make sure we were happy and didn’t need anything!

Property is just as described. Communication was excellent! Short walk to the beach and tons of restaurants/shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. The extra air conditioner in the bedroom kept the room nice and cool also. Will definitely return.

Great Place for a family with littles

Family of 6 (Mom, Dad, 10, 8, 6 & 2), Place was smaller but plenty of space for a quick beach gateway. Weather was a little cold so we will definitely return when we can use all the fun amenities and location was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at Scott and Lori’s place. The unit is exactly as advertised and the hosts are responsive. It’s on the first floor, close to the pool, and has good beach access. We loved the area and hope to return in the future.

Can't beat the close walk to the beach and bike ride to Coligny ! It is a smaller unit perfect for a couple. No reflection on the condo, there was a loud lawn maintenance crew next door. But overall had a wonderful time & highly recommend

Lovely location!

We stayed for 2 nights. Weather was chilly but we had an amazing time. We especially enjoyed taking the bikes and riding along the beach. Fantastic location on the beach. Bunk beds would be great for kids (too short in length for adults).

Great condo and location! We had a wonderful first visit to HHI. Loved the access to the beach and pool. The place was tight for 2 adults and 2 teens but when you're outside most of the day it works out! The bikes & beach equipment were a plus!

Short get away

This was the best we could find price wise and ended up being a fun place right on the water. The bikes are not your average bike, they are the best you can find without gears. Biking ended up being our favorite.
