* Pool heating fee is included in the total during the winter months. We keep the pool temperature around 86 degrees.
* This home is a complete non-smoking home, inside and outside. No cigarettes, cannabis, cigars or vaping allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.
* This is a very quiet, residential waterfront community. As such we work very hard to be good neighbors. We have designated quiet hours which are from 9p - 7a each night to limit any noise across the lakes to our neighbors. We make use of noise monitoring hardware to monitor for excessive noise.
* Any violations of the quiet hours policy may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction from the property without refunds.
