Phenomenal property and fantastic hosts. The pictures don’t do it justice. This house was a fantastic spot for our family vacation with lots of space and a fabulous backyard that was a perfect spot to unwind after a days worth of activities. Looking forward to visiting again!

Shea and their family stayed with us for a family trip and were absolutely wonderful guests. Communication was smooth and easy throughout their stay, and they were very kind and respectful. The host was very responsive and the house was fully stocked. We loved the pool, the hot tub, and the fruit trees in the backyard. And what a gorgeous view from the master bedroom balcony! The house has a great layout and the putting green and pontoon boat were so much fun. Thank you for a great stay!

Three generation get away

Our family loved this property. During our spring break get away, we found it convenient to spring training in Surprise, close to hiking, restaurants, and everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor area is fantastic.

Great time!

Words fall short of our great time at this home. Every expectation was met, the home is fantastic for backyard lounging, pool was exceptionally warm and clean, and the whole experience went off as anticipated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for something special.

The perfect vacation home

Skip the crowds at the resort - this is like staying in your own private resort! The home is beautiful and comfortable. We loved the view of the lake and the mountain from the back of the house. The game room and the pool were a big hit with the kids! This place is perfect. We will be back!

The perfect Christmas getaway

We stay in phoenix each year for a week at Christmas but this was our first time staying at this VRBO. We were thoroughly impressed by the place and it was perfect for our family of 5. The backyard was simply incredible with the hot tub, fireplace and use of the pontoon boat. The entire neighborhood is decorated for Christmas and seeing the lights by boat was so much fun. We highly recommend this place.

Lakehouse visit

House was beautiful and as advertised. Plus QR codes around the house for quick learning tools for all electronics, HVAC, pontoon, etc,etc....Owner messaged me early in the stay and asked if we needed anything. Pontoon was great family fun mornings, days and evenings.
