Welcome to 249 Pearl Street, your perfect getaway on Fort Myers Beach! This beautifully appointed vacation home offers the ideal blend of comfort, style, and convenience, just a short stroll from the sand and surf. The location is a quick walk to public beach access #28, and is close to local dining and entertainment.

As you walk up the stairs, you're welcomed by a spacious, elevated deck, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the coastal breeze. The deck features a lovely outdoor dining area with seating for four, as well as four Adirondack chairs by the front door, ideal for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The first door you'll encounter leads to a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a full bathroom, perfect for cleaning up after a day at the beach.
Inside the main home, you're greeted by a beautiful open-concept living space with soaring vaulted ceilings, coastal-inspired décor, and plenty of natural light. The living room is furnished with all-new pieces, including three sleeper sofas, all designed for relaxing after a fun day of sun and sand. The flat-screen TV is perfect for movie nights, and the living room flows seamlessly into the updated kitchen. Equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, the fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and snacks. The kitchen island offers seating for four, and the adjacent dining area comfortably seats six, with a sliding glass door opening directly onto the large deck.

Our homes are not inventoried or stocked with beach gear or baby items; however, previous guests sometimes leave these behind. If you're considering renting such items, we recommend checking the property upon arrival for any available gear.

Down the hallway, you'll find two beautifully decorated queen bedrooms with ample storage space. The shared hall bathroom features dual mirrors, a spacious countertop, and a walk-in tiled shower, beautifully designed with both style and function in mind.
Upstairs, you'll find a cozy loft lounge area with two cozy chairs, books, and a small Connect Four game. It's the perfect spot for kids! Just off the lounge area is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and additional storage. The final bedroom features a plush king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of clothing storage, with two large dressers in place of a traditional closet.
Step outside to the beautiful pool area, where you'll find a large lounge area with new patio furniture, including a cozy outdoor couch, chairs, and table, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a beverage with friends and family. Not shown, is the brand NEW poolside TV! The heated pool is a great place to unwind, and there are four loungers available for soaking up the sun. It's the perfect outdoor space to hang out and relax.
