Recién remodelado! Piscina privada - 3BR / 3BA

Esta casa junto al canal se ha actualizado con una nueva cocina con encimeras de granito y un área de comedor en la isla. El plan de piso abierto, recientemente renovado con pisos de baldosas nuevas, muebles nuevos y tuberías renovadas, tiene vista a una piscina climatizada, un muelle y el canal que accede al Golfo de México.

Las tres habitaciones tienen baños individuales en suite. La suite principal tiene una entrada independiente a la cubierta que da a la piscina y al canal. The Great Room está recién decorada y tiene un televisor de alta definición con Comcast a pedido y un sistema de entretenimiento con sonido envolvente. Internet inalámbrico está disponible en toda la casa (¡y en el área de la piscina!)
La casa se encuentra a 200 yardas de uno de los puntos más anchos de la playa en Fort Myers Beach. Si está familiarizado con el Outrigger Tiki Hut Bar, la casa está directamente en el lado opuesto de Estero Boulevard. Curlew Street se encuentra entre Dinner Movie Theatre y Charley's Boathouse Restaurant.

Sheila was great at quickly responding. We most definitely enjoyed our stay. The guys enjoyed fishing as we kept cool in the pool. House was clean, short walk to the beautiful beach! Was perfect, we would stay again!

Family Vacation

Perfect for 3 couples. Individual bedroons and baths. Plenty of cooking space and storage. Pool was a plus and enjoyed being on the causeway.

Great place to stay

The property was very nice and well maintained. It was perfect for six adults as we each had our own private bedroom and bath. The location on the south end of the island was very nice. Spend the day at the beach and then come back and enjoy then pool.

Beach Vacation - this is the place!

We booked this place last minute for our son’s sixth birthday celebration/family summer beach vacation. This property had everything we needed and the location is close to everything! Clean and great communication with owner. Thank you! Will book for future stays for sure!

Wonderful house and pool!

We all loved this spacious house with the generous amount of towels, kitchenware, comfortable beds and furnishings. The warm pool was wonderful with plenty of pool toys for my grandkid.

House was perfect. FMB is still is disrepair form the Ean hurricane. Expect lots of traffic delays during late afternoon and early evening commutes because of the traffic light and planet hollywood resort that opened at the end of the beach before the bridge.

Great pool + steps to the beach

We had a great week at fort Myers beach! The house was in great condition, and allowed our family to spread out and have plenty of space. We loved being on the canal and the private pool! The house is only a 5 min walk from a quiet region of the beach. We would stay again!

Nice house

Less than a year ago the hurricane hit this area, I was impressed with the condition of the house. This is a wonderful location in an area that will be even better as fort meyers beach comes back from the storm. We enjoyed our visit, and we were a short drive to wherever we wanted to go.

Amazing house!

We had a great time at the house! The house was exactly how it looks in the pictures and described. The location was perfect. Sheila the owner was great in responding to any little issues we had at the house and the property management resolved it next day. We will definitely be staying here again!

Fantastic vacation and great location

This is a great house and location. Close to restaurants, shopping and of course the beautiful white sand beaches! We had 3 adult couples and plenty of room. The only thing I would recommend is that the front southeast bedroom desperately needs a new mattress. It might be fine for children, but for an adult it feels like sleeping in a bowl.

Fabulous Accommodations!

This was our 4th annual girls trip to Ft. Myers. We really enjoyed the location and amenities this house had to offer. Having a full bathroom to each bedroom was a double plus. We also liked it was a short walk to the beach and the pool was nice too! Thanks, Sheila, your house was fabulous! Kim G.

Birthday getaway!

We loved the house! It was perfect for our 3 couples! The pool was one of the best features! The only slight issue was the fridge. It didn’t really get things really cold but that would not stop us from staying here again. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations. We’ll be back!

Just what we were looking for.

I've been to the Fort Myers Beach area before and this house meet our needs. The open living room, kitchen concept is awesome. Bedrooms are spacious and beds were comfortable. The pool area is really nice, it had a covered area so you could be in the sun or shade. The pier outside we enjoyed fishing and watching the activity from the birds and fish. This house is walking distance to many restaurant and short walk to the beach to enjoy beautiful sunsets. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

We just returned from a trip to Ft Myers and really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was big enough for our family of 5 to have our own space. The beach was a short walk and compared to other parts of Ft. Myers, this area of the beach was much quieter and had plenty of space for us to enjoy- plus you didn't have to talk a far distance to access the beach. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that was available for us to utilized throughout out stay. The pool was a great size and had both shade and sun - we enjoyed many afternoons in that backyard space. We would definitely stay here again - Sheila was responsive and easy to work with as well

Family Time

Enjoyed our stay at the property. Must take stairs to get in and out of house including to the pool. Worked well for us. We mentioned a couple maintenance items to the property manager. They took care of our immediate needs right away.

Lovely home!

Perfect house for a family. Plenty of room, very clean, great location! The owner, Sheila, is awesome to work with and very accommodating. Responses to my questions arrived very quickly, which is greatly appreciated when you are trying to book a vacation and put all the pieces together. Also, my compliments to the company that manages the property - Kathy Nesbit Vacations. A couple of questions, we had, were addressed on the same day even on a Sunday! We had a wonderful time and considering staying here next year.

Nice, but the pool wasn't heated as advertised and needed repair. It was nice to sit and read on the balcony and watch and listen to the flying fish in the canal leap across the water.

A really nice property, with a few minor improvements it could be a great rental!!

We loved the pool, it is the best we have experienced in 5 years. The house is getting 'rented out', and needs improvement in the following ways: 1) do not use micro-fibre sheets, they are hot and not comfortable 2) the Couch and master bed, and guest bed are all broken, and couch is unusable 3) the TVs are too small, invest in one 42" or bigger for the family room and you have an awesome place here.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay. The pool and the lanai are great. The inside looks exactly like the pictures. I wish we would have had a heads up about the storm damage to the bottom half of the house before we arrived. This would not have changed our minds but it was a little surprising when we pulled up. It also would have been nice to have more toiletries and paper towels available, or a heads up that we would need to bring our own. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Overall a great place to stay!

We have vacationed for years with our family and four children in the area. My husband and I plan to spend our retirement in Fort Myers Beach. We decided to rent it when we realized that we could rent it year-round when we were not vacationing. We love it there and hope you will as well.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We enjoy walking on the beach and boating on the Gulf of Mexico. We can walk to all sorts of dining and entertainment. If we don't want to walk, there's a trolley stop right at the end of our street which runs the distance of the entire island into Fort Myers and Bonita Springs. For baseball fans, the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox have Spring Training facilities just a short drive away.
