Blending country serenity with sophisticated design, this designer retreat offers multiple living areas, a chef’s kitchen, and a spacious alfresco that opens to peaceful paddock views — perfect for lingering lunches beneath the open sky. With air conditioning and a wood-burning fireplace, comfort is assured in every season. Surrounded by acclaimed wineries, boutique dining and scenic trails, it’s the ideal base for exploring Margaret River — one of Australia’s most celebrated wine destinations.
Winner of multiple 2024 Master Builders Awards, this former cheese factory in the heart of the Margaret River region has been transformed into a sophisticated sanctuary of industrial elegance and modern styling. Beneath soaring cathedral ceilings, the main living area features a wood-burning fireplace, an oversized L-shaped sofa and a wall-mounted TV — setting the tone for relaxed, stylish gatherings. A second lounge in the front left wing invites quiet reading, while a third, tucked within the lofted primary suite, offers a private retreat for peaceful reflection.
The gourmet kitchen centres around a generous island bench and comes fully equipped with high-end appliances, a Nespresso machine, and thoughtful details to elevate every meal. Nearby, a timber dining table for eight sits beneath warm pendant lighting — perfect for lingering meals. For alfresco dining, step onto the patio where a large table invites you to enjoy sunset dinners and local wine. Just beyond, rolling lawns stretch toward open paddocks, creating a serene backdrop for your stay.
The layout flows beautifully for families or groups: upstairs, the lofted primary suite features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower. Three additional bedrooms are on the ground floor — two with king beds and one with two singles. The ground floor also includes a spa-like main bathroom with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower, a separate powder room, and a full laundry with washer and dryer to support longer stays.
A dedicated workspace caters to guests balancing work and leisure. Year-round comfort is assured with split-system air conditioning in the main living area and two bedrooms, central air conditioning in the second lounge and two other bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout, and a wood fireplace for cooler nights. The driveway provides on-site parking for up to four vehicles.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
Please note, access to the site is shared with adjoining farms; therefore, no stopping or parking is permitted within the common driveway. Please park all vehicles inside the fence lines in the designated parking areas at all times.

Just a three-minute drive away, the vibrant stretch along Bussell Highway invites you to explore local favourites like The Servo Taphouse, Peacetree Wines, and Town & Country Pizza. Within ten minutes, discover acclaimed cellar doors including Bettenays, Hay Shed Hill, Fermoy Estate, Fishbone Wines, Woodlands, and Juniper. Sip craft beers at Beerfarm Brewery or Cheeky Monkey, and enjoy dinners at Rustico or Miss Chow’s. The Margaret River Chocolate Factory is a sweet stop just six minutes from your stay. In 15 minutes, reach North Point for sweeping coastal views, or spend the day at Gracetown Beach, perfect for swimming or seaside picnics.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
