Summary:
This split level 2 bed 2 bath unit is footsteps to Manly Wharf and a 5 minute flat walk (400m) to Manly Beach. It has dazzling views over Manly Harbour to the city and you can also see Manly Beach from the rear balcony and bedrooms.
The Space:
Nothing better than watching the ferries come and go amidst the changing colours of the view. Generous living/dining space and the floor to ceiling glass wall showcases the sparkling water views.
Please Note: Some foyer upgrade works are happening 15 Nov – 20 Dec. On Sat, 15 Nov, there might be a bit of construction noise from around 8 a.m. near the central courtyard. Thanks so much for your understanding while we freshen up the space — we really appreciate it!
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Please be mindful of neighbours who have a right to enjoy their property so no noise after 9pm or before 7am. No smoking at all in the property. The downstairs hall cupboard is locked, the wine fridge is locked, one half of the wardrobe in the second bedroom is locked as is the over bonnet storage in the car space.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Sitting between Manly Cove and Manly Beach, it’s footsteps to Manly’s vibrant urban village complete with its bars, eateries, supermarkets and The Corso. The markets are on in The Corso every weekend.
Getting Around:
The ferries take about 20 minutes to get to and from the city.
Parking is included in spot 22 in the basement which is accessible via the lift. There is an over bonnet storage there so you must park with nose in.
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
There is a large alfresco balcony on the 6th floor which is common property so guests can use that space (it’s shared with the neighbours).
Please take responsibility for children on the balconies. Strictly NO hanging of laundry on balconies.
