Beach Time at Pelican Watch, Unit 905 is an oceanfront ninth floor unit in an elevator building with new appliances and many new updates including; painting, new carpet, flat screen tv in living area, all bedrooms have flat screen TV's/DVD's and also has wireless internet for your enjoyment during your stay. Located in center of island close to shopping and restaurants. Fantastic views from large deck with access from living area with queen sleeper sofa, flat screen tv/dvd and master bedroom with king and flat screen tv/dvd. You also have a fully equipped kitchen, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, flat screen tv and 3rd bedroom with bunk (single over double) and flat screen tv. The complex has an outdoor pool, indoor pool and grilling area. Maximum occupancy is 8 w/ sleeper sofa and maximum 2 cars. Parking for maximum 2 cars across the street.

Please note: An HOA-operated security camera has been installed on the street-facing side of the building. This camera provides surveillance of the area in front of the complex.

Pelican watch

Room was nice and clean everything mentioned was there the facility in general needs to be updated. The mattress are horrendous hard as bricks.

Condo is great property needs work

The condo was beautiful and very clean. However they gave us one roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms no dish liquid and the trash can Had no trash bag. The condo did have plenty of towels, rags and utensils for cooking. The pool outside is nice and the outside deck has a table and chairs for picnic or laying out in the sun. The beach ascess is fine if you dont have a wagon. The first floor is your beach ascess not the ground floor. If you have a wagon you have to go on the 1st floor open the door with the key fob left the wagon over a lil ledge and fight the door. Once in side you have to lift the wagon up and go down about 8 stairs and then you have to open another door to get to a hallway by the pool and then open another door to actually get to the ramp. The ramp then has about 4 steps you go down to get to the beach. It would be very hard for one person to take a wagon out. Public ascess is located right beside the hotel so you can go that way and roll thru the opening where they enter with vehicles. Its kind of frustrating because when you come in if you use the Public ascess you dont have anywhere to spray off so your tracking sand upto the room. If you want to spray off you have to use the private ascess and fight all the doors and stairs to get back to the room. The indoor pool and hot tub need some work. The inside is very dated and not well maintained. The indoor pool is warm but the water is so cloudy the kids could barely find the diving rings.

Ocean Front Sunset Holiday

We give this vacation stay a B rating. The pictures are wonderful and this 3 bedroom condo is located on a high floor with amazing views of the ocean and the sunsets are amazing! It is a great location and right on the beach, so great! The B rating is because we had to act as cleaning staff at check out, taking the trash out and down 9 floors and cleaning up the kitchen gear & linens ourselves. As for the building, it needs some TLC, the building itself is in need of a remodel, the front condo door is so worn it does not keypad lock or shut properly. The reg key works on the top lock only. However, the interior of the rental is nice and it was a good rental for our beach front stay. Come stay here, you will like the rental and you will love the views. Just keep in mind that the building itself if worn out.

Room with a view!

We loved our stay here! This was our second year at Pelican Watch (different condos) and we loved it! The view is amazing, the balcony is large, and it is a quick walk to the beach. The condo was pristine and spacious. Highly recommend!

Favorite beach stay location

The management team made this visit flawless and well worth it. The location speaks for itself. The wraparound balcony connects the living room and the master bedroom and is so nice to leave open at night listening to the waves. We will definitely be booking for the fall. Nothing negative to say about it. It was very clean and well-thought-out. I loved it when you walk in the door and you can see the ocean as your first View. Simply amazing. Thank you to the management team for making sure I had all I needed. Great job

Wouldn't recommend staying here.

I was not impressed with this property and I have traveled a lot. It wasn't very clean. The grout in the showers were stained and there were stains on the comforters. Downside of property- no garbage disposal, no vent cover in master bathroom, terrible internet service, awful mattress on the bottom bunk bed, poor ice maker, dishes and utensils were limited and very old and couldn't open the master bedroom slider because it was too heavy and assume eroded from salty air. They provided us one key to enter the pool and beach area for 8 guest. We called to request another one but no one called us back. The kitchen chairs are falling apart. Screws were falling out of them and they are extremely unstable. On a positive note the view was amazing but you can get that at any one of the other condos. I rented her because due to the pandemic I had to change my plans at the last minute and this was all I could find on short notice.
