Welcome to Myocum Farmstead, a beautifully restored heritage farmhouse set on 100 private acres of rolling hills and fig trees, just minutes from Byron Bay. This spacious countryside retreat offers peace, privacy, and luxury, perfect for families, small groups, retreats, or intimate celebrations.
Step inside to discover light-filled rooms, original timber floors, and soft natural textures that create a calm and inviting atmosphere. The farmhouse combines timeless charm with modern comfort, offering multiple living areas, wide verandas, and views that stretch across the valley.
The fully equipped country kitchen includes premium appliances and everything needed for group dining or retreat catering. French doors open to outdoor entertaining areas, where guests can enjoy a BBQ, relax around the custom brick firepit, or watch the stars appear over the hills.
Designed for connection and relaxation, Myocum Farmstead is a place to slow down and make lasting memories — from morning coffee on the veranda to evenings gathered around the fire.

The farmhouse sleeps 8 guests (+2 children on rollaway beds) across 4 comfortable and beautifully styled bedrooms:
Master Suite: King bed, ensuite bathroom, French doors opening to veranda
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with garden views
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, quiet and private
Bedroom 4: Two single beds, perfect for kids or friends
Two rollaway beds available for children on request
Each room includes quality bedding, ceiling fans, and thoughtful touches to ensure a restful stay.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire farmhouse, outdoor entertaining areas, gardens, and surrounding paddocks. The property has a private gated entrance and ample on-site parking.

Ongoing disturbances may lead to fines or early check-out.
Pets by Approval Only
Pets are only permitted with written approval. A pet bond applies.
Unauthorised pets may result in cancellation without refund.
Entry Condition Report
A full condition report with photos is completed before check-in.
Please report any issues within two hours of arrival.
Breaches and Penalties
Breaking house rules may lead to immediate eviction with no refund.
A $1,000 call-out fee applies for noise complaints, damage or excessive cleaning. Serious breaches may involve authorities.
Guests must remain within the white fenced area at all times for safety, as the property is an active cattle farm.
