Enjoy a stay at this cozy beach cottage in Ocean Beach III, just eight houses from the beach. Cottage sleeps Four - 2 bedrooms (1 Queen Bed, 2 Single beds, sleeper sofa). Open outside shower, washer and dryer. Close to both Seaside and Point Pleasant with many dining options and activities available.

Central Air and Heat. Parking for 2 vehicles.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This house was perfect for me and my son to spend a week at the beach. House was just the right size and a short walk to the beach. Washer/dryer definitely a bonus. Would definitely book again.

Little Slice of Heaven

Joanne was a great host and very easy to communicate with. The house has everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation. House is very close to the beach and the water is absolutely beautiful and clean. Almost a bluish green color, felt like i was in Florida. The beach also has a fairly large sandbar at low tide which both the adults and kids enjoy to cool off from the summer heat

Amazing Stay in OB3

We absolutely loved our stay in OB3! Joanne's property was perfect and had everything we needed. The bungalow was adorable, clean, and ideally located for beach and dining. The proximity to the beach was amazing, and we were able to go back and forth all day long. OB3 is a little slice of heaven, and we hope to visit again!

This property was even nicer than the pics. The location is perfect and close to a beautiful beach. Will definitely rent again. Joann was very responsive and helpful.

Great Location

Short walk to the beach! I loved being able to walk back and forth from the house to the beach throughout the day. I would have liked a little more direction when it came to the house (trash/recycling pick up info, how to work the tv etc) but I would definitely rent this house again.

Great week at the shore!

We were very happy with our choice of rental. The house had everything we needed and more. The owner was very nice and even left paper goods which was appreciated. The house had lots of windows and was nicely decorated. Thank you!

There was a glitch at check-in and owner was unavailable (due to work related issues) which caused delays in getting into property. After a 5hr drive with kids it was frustrating. All fixed eventually. Love this place would come back.

Post Labor Day getaway

The house was clean and peaceful, better than expected! We had a lovely stay and very close to the beach! My mom & I brought my 86 year old grandmother and she very much enjoyed her time! Thank you! Would definitely book again!

Love ocean beach

We had a fabulous time, weather was beautiful. Mostly families there. 8houses from the beach which made it very convent . Cottage was updated and clean. There was nothing we needed. Will return. Thanks Joanne for your quick responses to our questions.

Great place!

This is a great beach house, and was perfect for us. It was extremely clean and very nice inside and exactly as pictured/described in the listing. The property owner was responsive to all of my questions prior to check in. Overall great house and great experience! Highly recommend.

Beautiful Beach Bungalow

We had an amazing stay at this no-frills property. It was very close to the beach, the size was perfect for our group, and the layout and amenities were good. The owner was very responsive for all our issues and questions, and we were lucky to have had such a wonderful week.

Easy walk to the beach

I have three young children and it was so easy for us to walk back and fourth to the beach! We enjoyed our stay! Only thing I didn’t even take notice to was there is no tub. But we made do! Things I forgot since there are no linens due to covid was a bath towel to dry hands and kitchen towel. Just in case you don’t include that in linens in your head like I did.

Every square foot

I love a place where no space is foolishly wasted, and in this house every inch is used wisely. No dishwasher but a well equipped kitchen, comfy queen bed, beach passes, nice decor and furnishings, and overall a lovely experience.

We are very familiar with this area as we have stayed in Lavallette every summer for the past 20 years. This house was clean, nicely done and close to the beach.

Great place but don't travel light.

My children and I loved this beach front property but our only concern is that which the owner told us about and was kind enough to remind me about.... Linens.... We were able to make do but it made the amount we traveled with much greater. That aside I highly recommend the slight hassle and would stay again.
