The dryer takes forever to dry. The dishwasher doesn’t clean. The air fryer is disgustingly dirty on the inside. The water was just like warm.

The owner encourages guests to reach out right away if the water temperature ever feels off so it can be checked and adjusted as needed.- The dryer was working properly prior to this stay and was checked and fixed immediately after receiving this feedback. The Bosch dishwasher is also in good working order.- The owner appreciates you bringing the air fryer to their attention, as it should be clean and ready for all guests. This is the furst negative feedback I've had to leave in 20 years of house renting in Florida. The house was absolutely disgusting. There were sticky stains on the walls and light switches. There was animal vomit / feces on the floor and the sofa. There was one tablespoon and barely any cooking supplies. The host said there is nothing he could do and since it was a busy holiday season, we could not find anything else. We ended up cleaning the house ourselves just to be able to live there.

Rotonda West
Our experience could have been better overall. The house is beautiful overall and was cleaned to our satisfaction. It became clear that this is a relatively new property to VRBO and still needs some fine tuning. The property owner and property manager were responsive. The home needs a welcome booklet (which I understand is being handled). The kitchen needs some more items. For example there were 4 teaspoons for a home that is advertised to sleep six. Two cooking pots but one is very worn. There were some items listed as being provided that were not present upon arrival. The property manager took care of these after we made her aware. We had difficulty locating the wi-fi information but this will likely be handled with the welcome pack that is being created. Overall, we saw evidence that this property is improving and both the owner and the manager seemed willing to take care of issues for us and I think it will be better in the near future for future guests. We enjoyed our stay after some initial issues were handled. Thank you for the use of your property.
