This lake house is open concept with large bay windows, and high ceilings allowing all family members and guests easy access to the rooms and enjoy the views from any part of the house. The main floor has an open concept kitchen with a stunning center island, dinning room, and living area with high ceilings open to above is the perfect space for family and friends to gather and enjoy a wonderful meal or have quality time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, cookware and silverware and for coffee lovers there is a Breville and Nespresso espresso coffee maker. Please feel free to bring your own coffee.
 
The main level has a master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a walk out to the deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a walk out to the deck. The third room is on the main floor and has an open office space (no door) with a queen size murphy/wall bed. This room has a room divider for privacy. The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the second one has a double bunk bed with four single beds. Enjoy barbecuing outdoors, the warm soothing jets of the hot tub, while taking-in the stunning views of the sunset. The shoreline is children friendly with an approximate depth of 6ft around the dock area which is weed free and great for swimming.

ACTIVITIES
If you enjoy outdoor activities, take a walk through the woods on a beautiful trail towards the back of the property, or you can simply walk along the road.This property is a 7 minute drive from the town of Portland where you can buy groceries, LCBO, banking and more. We are one hour from Ottawa and 45 minutes from Kingston.
