LIVING AREA

The open living room is light-filled and inviting anchored by a traditional wood burning Kiva fireplace, clean white plaster walls, warm saltillo tile, large historic windows and multiple skylights that bring in beautiful natural light all day. A plush sofa and comfortable leather lounge chairs are arranged for easy conversation or movie nights, and the space flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen areas. Mini-split A/C and heat keep things comfortable year-round.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners at home. Three bedrooms are conveniently located off the home's open living spaces and all feature their own private ensuite bathrooms. All beds are tailored with quality linens and calming, uncluttered design for restful nights. Bathrooms are clean and well-appointed with classic tile finishes and plenty of space to refresh. The primary suite bathroom offers a soaking tub with the added warmth and ambiance of an electric fireplace.



Private yet connected, the fourth bedroom is located in the attached casita. This special suite features a quaint wood burning Kiva fireplace, queen bed and comfy seating connected to a light filled bathroom.



OUTDOOR SPACE

Step outside to enjoy the home’s classic Santa Fe exterior and a simple, private outdoor setting. The covered front portal offers a shaded spot to sip coffee in the morning or watch the sunset, while off-street parking makes coming and going easy.
