A recent remodeling has brought new modern accents to the classic charm of this beach cottage including ductless air conditioning throughout the property.

If you enter from the lower level by the driveway you find a lovely family room/ sitting area. An expansive full bathroom with a giant shower stall and low lip access adjoins this space. A laundry with a front loading washer and dryer are located just down the hall.

Upstairs to the first floor you find a freshly appointed kitchen with new stainless appliances, induction stovetop and custom granite countertops. There is plenty of room for meals with seating for up to 6 at a table in the dine-in kitchen as well as a dining table through the nearby slider to the porch. Additional patio furniture and a grill are great to use while lounging on the porch or in the yard.

An inviting living room and TV are next to the kitchen and help create a wide open feel. Down the hallway is the shared bath also tastefully remodeled with glass shower doors and glass tiles. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
