Welcome to Panorama on Sunrise - a relaxed retreat offering space, comfort, and stunning views across the water. Set in an elevated position, this home enjoys expansive lake outlooks that can be appreciated from both the living areas and the generous outdoor deck.
Inside, the home features open-plan living with plenty of natural light, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable furnishings that make it easy to settle in and unwind. The property is ideal for families or small groups looking for a scenic base.
The home accommodates up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. Ideal for 4 x adults, 2 x children:
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: King single beds
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed
There are two bathrooms, providing flexibility for groups:
One bathroom with a shower
One bathroom with a bath and toilet
Step outside onto the deck to enjoy alfresco dining, morning coffees, or simply take in the beautiful lake and mountain views — a true highlight of the home.
Conveniently located and offering a comfortable, spacious layout, 15D Sunrise Lane is a great choice for guests seeking a peaceful stay with memorable scenery.
Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.
Check in time: the property will be available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival
Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out.
NO SMOKING POLICY -室内外禁止吸烟 -Smoking is not permitted in this holiday home, outside or in any of the common areas. Breach of this policy will result in a cleaning fee being applied to the guest who made the booking.
Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $75.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ.
As our holiday homes are all non -serviced we provide complimentary consumables sufficient for the first 2 days of your stay such as toiletries, toilet paper and soap.
The other condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.
RUBBISH - We kindly ask that you dispose of the rubbish correctly. If rubbish is found on your departure which is not in the correct bins provided, any disposal and sorting costs incurred will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking.
As residential homes you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management. Increased occupancy, excessive noise or illegal activity may result in penalty charges and eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid rental monies.
DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE
We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals.
